In case of cancellation a 50 EUR fee applies.
ESSSAT Loyalty means that you have held a continuous ESSSAT membership for the last 2 years or more.
The early bird deadline is 21st April 2026.
Scholarships
ESSSAT will offer up to 4 scholarships for attendance at the conference, which will include registration, accommodation and meals (but not travel to and from the conference). Applicants should have submitted an abstract in the Call for Papers, and they should either be postgraduate students at a European university, or early-career researchers within 7 years of receiving their PhD (from a European university). Preference will be shown to applicants who are not currently in paid academic employment. Applicants should provide a covering letter and the name of their PhD supervisor, who should be willing to provide a reference. Applications for a scholarship should be made by 31 March 2026. A scholarship will not be awarded if the applicant has not submitted a full paper by 30 June 2026.

Don't forget, international attendees now need a ETIAS visa to travel to the UK
